Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL)
EFL is an innovative approach in self-development, where people of all ages, sex and abilities, can enhance their levels of self-awareness through experimental learning with horses together with an equine specialist to guide you in addressing any life struggles, future goals and discovering yourself. EFL emphasizes the emotional, psychological, and behavioral benefits of working with horses in a structured environment.
Participants engage in activities with horses that are designed to promote self-discovery, problem-solving, skill-building, communication skills, teamwork, and much more. These activities are usually conducted on the ground (not riding), emphasizing interaction, observation, and communication with the horse.

Team Building
Team building with horses, often referred to as equine-assisted team building or equine-assisted leadership development, is a unique and experiential approach to improving teamwork, communication, leadership, and collaboration within groups.
Participants engage in structured activities with horses that require them to work together towards a common goal. These activities are typically conducted on the ground (not riding), focusing on communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Facilitators guide participants through activities and encourage them to observe the horse’s responses and behaviors. Reflection sessions afterward help participants draw parallels between their interactions with horses and their roles within the team.
Team building activities with horses provide opportunities to strengthen bonds, build mutual respect, and improve collaboration.
Participants improve their ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and give constructive feedback. Activities with horses promote cooperation, cohesion, and a deeper understanding of team roles and responsibilities. The reflective nature of activities encourages personal insights and collective learning. Teams often leave with actionable strategies for improving performance and overcoming challenges.
Overall, team building with horses offers a powerful and memorable way to develop key interpersonal and leadership skills, strengthen team dynamics, and achieve shared goals. It provides a hands-on learning experience that can profoundly impact how teams collaborate and perform.
